Established in 2009, Howard James Recruitment has grown from its base in Newcastle to become known as a leading supplier of quality engineering, technical, industrial and professional staff throughout Australia, and around the world.

HJR was founded to fill a gap in the market for a career and recruitment service that intimately understands the workforce needs of businesses and provides candidates who not only have the skills and qualifications needed for a role, but who can fit in seamlessly with the cultural and day-to-day operations of the organisation.
